What we do, who we work with, and how an engagement actually runs. If yours isn’t here, just ask.
LXP Consulting is a growth studio. We combine search, local discovery, content, paid media, influencer partnerships, and PR into one coordinated effort aimed at a single goal: turning the demand that already exists for what you do into customers you can count. Most businesses we meet are already in demand — the gap is in how much of that demand they actually capture.
We’re based in Boca Raton, Florida, with frequent travel to New York. Our influencer and local search work is concentrated in South Florida, where our creator network and press relationships are strongest. Search, content, paid media, and enterprise work are not location-dependent — we’ve run those for national and multi-brand clients.
Our case studies span hospitality, healthcare, retail, and CPG — restaurants and hospitality operators, physicians and med spas, retail brands, and enterprise consumer goods. The common thread isn’t the industry. It’s businesses that live on being found: if your customers discover you through search, maps, or someone they trust, the work applies.
It’s where most of our engagements start. We audit where customers are actually searching for what you offer, then compare that against the visibility you currently capture — across organic search, maps, AI-driven results, paid, and social. What comes back is a plain-language map of where you’re losing discovery, ordered by which gaps close fastest.
It’s useful on its own, whether or not you work with us afterward. Request one here.
Against rankings, traffic, bookings, and revenue — not impressions alone. Every engagement is tied back to a number that matters to your business, and reporting is written plainly rather than dressed up. If a channel isn’t contributing, we’d rather tell you and move the budget.
It depends on the channel, and any agency that gives you one number for all of them is guessing. Paid campaigns and local listing work tend to move first, because you’re capturing demand that’s already searching. Organic search and content compound more slowly but hold their value far longer. Influencer and PR placements create visible spikes around the placement itself, with a longer tail in search and brand recall.
We’ll give you a realistic expectation for your specific situation as part of the opportunity map, before you commit to anything.
Yes. We’ve worked at both ends — from a single physician’s practice to leading SEO through an enterprise migration across six brand domains. Multi-location work has its own challenges, mainly consistency across listings and keeping local relevance from getting flattened by a national template. The strategy scales with you.
We have access to hundreds of South Florida creators across food, lifestyle, hospitality, and luxury, with a combined reach over 15 million. We handle creator selection, negotiation, coordination, and the strategy around the placement — so the campaign produces more than launch-day traffic.
Any brand can message a creator directly. The harder parts are knowing who’s the right fit, what fair pricing looks like, and how to turn a placement into lasting visibility. See recent placements here.
Yes. That includes local press relationships, coordination with amplification partners, and both organic and paid placement across print and digital. PR works best alongside creator and search work rather than in isolation — a press hit that no one can find later is a missed opportunity.
The ones you already run on. That commonly includes OpenTable, Resy, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Sadie, Zocdoc, Healow, GoHighLevel, Clover, and Shopify, plus Google Business Profile and Apple Maps. If there’s a tool your day depends on that isn’t listed, ask — the list isn’t meant to be exhaustive.
We do. If you introduce us to someone and it leads to an engagement, we pay a $500 referral bonus.
Tell us where you want to grow and we’ll come back with the fastest path to get there. Most conversations begin with an opportunity map so we’re both working from the same picture. You can send a note here or email info@lxpconsulting.com — we typically reply within one business day.
